After you get your web site built, you need to get a File Transfer Protocol client. Regardless of what FTP program you use, the following settings are common with almost all available FTP applications:

Host Name = ftp.networkd2010.net

User I.D. = (your dial-up username)

Password = (your dial-up password)

Connecting and Transferring Files:

Use your FTP client to connect to the server. Once you are connected your main web space will be accessible.

Troubleshooting:

Please note that your "home" web site file MUST be called index.html* This means that the first page that people will see must be named: index.html. If you are unable to save the file on your hard drive with this exact name, simply upload it and once it is there you may rename it. Highlight it and click on "Rename". Then type in index.html and click on "OK".Please remember that letter case is critical to uploading your data correctly.

To view your new web site use the following format in your web browser:
http://users.network2010.net/~username
Remember to replace username with your personal username/login I.D.!

*Also available are ASP, SHTML and .NET Framework Ver. 1.1 upon request
